1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by ALAM AL AMAAN TECHNICAL SERVICES ("we", "us", or "our") to the client ("you" or "customer"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We offer a range of cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Residential Cleaning
• Commercial Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-in/Move-out Cleaning
• Post-Construction Cleaning

3. Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings must be made in advance.
• Services are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Please provide full and accurate information when booking.
• Access to the premises must be granted at the scheduled time.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Service rates are based on the type and scope of work.
• All prices will be communicated and agreed upon before service begins.
• Payments must be made in cash or through approved payment methods upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or extended hours.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Late cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee or full charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to water, electricity, and entry to the premises.
• Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items.
• Notify us of any hazards, special requests, or restrictions before the service.

7. Liability and Damages

• We take care to avoid damage, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or undisclosed delicate items.
• Any complaints or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Our company is covered by public liability insurance.

8. Health and Safety

• Our team follows safety protocols during service.
• Please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or safety risks in advance.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All customer information is kept strictly confidential.
• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
